In the technical field like pharmacy university curriculum is not sufficient to make students employable and compatible, therefore we have constituted a training and placement cell to fulfil the gap between industry and academia. Under the training and placement we use to call the experts from the industry and renowned academicians to make our students more employable.

Role and responsibilities of training and placement:

• To identify renowned speakers from industry and academics.
• To organise state level and national level seminars and workshops.
• To run collaborative projects between industry and academic institutes.
• To organise collaborative teaching between the institutions.
• To organise campus interviews for graduating students.
• One month industrial training and industrial visit for the students.
• To develop effective soft skills among students.
• To maintain a feedback record of industries.
